Location: 11 Fulton Street at South Street Seaport (corner of Fulton and Front Streets).
Exhibition Hours: Open 7 days a week, Sunday - Thursday 10am - 7pm (Last admission 6pm) Friday & Saturday 10am - 9pm (last admission 8pm)
Length of Stay: Allow 1.5 to 2 hours to visit the self-guided exhibition, and an additional 25-30 minutes for check-in procedure.
Procedure: Group tickets must be picked up at Will Call window by one group leader. The entire order must be picked up at one time. Will Call cannot distribute partial ticket orders and keep remainder for latecomers. For groups who arrive without their entire group present: group members who are present may enter the exhibition and the group leader must be responsible for the distribution of tickets to the remaining group members.

South Street Seaport offers dining vouchers for students and groups, which include selections from 13 different restaurants at a discounted rate. Groups can purchase them ahead of time. GROUP BOOKING and PAYMENT POLICIES:
STEP #1
Fill out an Order Form and indicate your form of payment (credit card, cash, School Purchase Order, check or money order).
STEP #2
If paying by credit card, include complete credit card info on your Order Form.
If paying by check or money order, checks must be received two weeks prior to visit.
Make checks out to “JAM Exhibitions, LLC” and mail to: TICKETS FOR GROUPS, 17-A Armand Street, Staten Island, NY 10314
For School Groups ONLY: If you wish to pay by school check or cash on the day of your visit, bring check, cash or money order to the Box Office. However, to hold these reservations, you must provide complete, valid credit card information on the Order Form.
STEP #3
Fax the completed Order Form to 718.816.1977.
STEP #4
Your Reservation Confirmation will be emailed when one of the payment methods above is fulfilled. Print out and bring your Reservation Confirmation with you to the Box Office on the day of your visit. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to visit date. No cancellations will be accepted after that date.?
Student Group Cancellations: Student Groups who have submitted an Order form and have selected the “Payment on Day of Visit” option, will be charged in full. Charge will be made to the credit card supplied.
If group headcount differs that day (ex: you ordered 30 tickets but only 20 people show), there will be no cash adjustment made. You will be charged for the full amount of your order.
NOTE: If there is inclement weather the day of your trip, you will be able to reschedule your visit for a later date.
Only 50 students from the same school can be accommodated at one time. If a school books a visit for more than 50 students, the group will be sub-divided and entry to the exhibition galleries will be staggered. For groups in excess of
100, schools may find it advantageous to stagger arrival times to the venue, as well.
Food, drinks, backpacks, cell phones, cameras or electronic devices of any kind are prohibited in the Exhibition. Coats, large bags, backpacks, etc. may be stored at the complimentary coat check. For student groups: It is strongly suggested that prohibited items be left at home or on the school bus.
Students are allowed to carry paper and writing utensils if they are doing a class project/assignment at BODIES. Clipboards are encouraged. Using display cases and exhibition walls as a hard surface to write on is strictly prohibited.
A retail store is located at the end of the Exhibition. For student groups: Students must be accompanied by chaperones while in the retail store.
If you are arriving via bus, you will need to be at the Exhibition 30 minutes prior to your scheduled visit. We recommend that the bus driver carry a cell phone and provide that number to the teacher in charge. The bus unloading zone is located on South Street; at the intersection of South and Fulton Streets. Bus parking is available on South Street where South St. and Wall St. intersect. Bus parking is free on a “first come, first served” basis.
Car parking for the Exhibition is $5.50 per half hour and is located in paid lots on either side of South Street Seaport, Pier 17.
WEEKEND VISITS: All weekend groups need to pre-pay two weeks prior to their visit. Weekend School Group restrictions: 1) Booking window is 10am-noon, 2) maximum group size is 50 people, and 3) Price is $22/person regardless of age.
